By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

I have all the right to refuse if I feel unable to fulfill your request.

Should a potential commissioner drop out of contract and/or cannot be reached for 10 days, the commission will be cancelled.

Commissions are to be paid upfront before I start the commission.

I, the artist, will not proceed with the commission if the payment is not received.

Estimated work is 3 days to a week.

Free revision during sketch.

Files will be sent as a PNG via E-MAIL.

As the COMMISSIONER, you're allowed to:

Hold every right to the drawing but not the commissioned work (don’t claim it as your own or that you drew it); You may post it with credit. Hold the right to the character if it’s your original character, but not the commission itself; Use the art for personal use.

As the ARTIST, I'm allowed to:

Use the art for professional portfolio and/or online promotion; Post on my social medias (with a clarification that it’s a commission! Please tell me if you don't want it to be posted).
